We are located at C-71 in the Akurli Industrial Estate. It is right on Akurli Road in Kandivali East. Most people know this area because it’s packed with small businesses like ours. We have been here for a good while, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the estate. Our work involves a lot of shipping and moving goods around. Even though the name sounds big, we are just a small team in a modest workspace. Most of our morning is spent on the phone or checking the latest manifests. The space is filled with boxes and packing tape. It isn't very quiet, but we like the energy. Kandivali can be very crowded, so we try to get our deliveries out before the afternoon rush starts. We don't bother with fancy office furniture or decorations. We just need enough room to work and keep the records straight. Some days are more stressful than others, especially when a shipment is late or the paperwork gets confusing. We just take it one step at a time. The local tea seller comes by twice a day, and that’s when we usually take a break. It is a straightforward way of working. We aren't looking to be the biggest in the city. We just want to do our job well and keep our regular clients happy with what we send them. Most of the time it is just about persistence.
