We've been here in Goregaon East on the 132 Feet Ring Road for quite a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the water tech side of things, making sure machines work right. The traffic outside on the ring road gets pretty loud during rush hour, but we just keep our heads down and get the job done. It's not a fancy office, just unit 301, but it works for what we need. People often ask what we actually do here at Heron Aqua Technologies. Mostly, it is about maintaining systems and checking filters. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the parts inside out. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the afternoon when we take a break. We started small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage. If you walk past the building, you might not even notice us unless you’re looking for the sign. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or tinkering with equipment that needs fixing. It’s dusty work sometimes. The weather in Mumbai doesn't help with the humidity, but the fans keep us going. We don’t do much advertising; word of mouth from people around Goregaon has always been enough to keep us busy. It is just a regular workplace where we try to stay organized and helpful whenever someone calls with a problem about their setup.
