Herbal Medicine

You can find us at Office No 19/B in the Hari Smruti building. We are located in Borivali West on Kamod Road, right across from the HDFC Bank on the Lambha Ring Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there is always a lot of movement outside our window. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do with herbal medicines. We have shelves filled with different herbal products and a small area for people to sit if they are waiting. The building itself is a typical Borivali structure, with a lot of other small businesses around us. We spend our time answering questions about the different herbs we have and packing up orders. The window in Office 19/B looks right out onto the bank, so I spend a fair bit of time watching the people line up at the ATM. It’s a good way to pass the time when I’m waiting for a customer. The Hari Smruti building is a bit older, so the elevator is sometimes out of order, which means we have to take the stairs. It’s good exercise, I guess. We keep the herbal medicines in glass cabinets so they stay fresh and away from the humidity. Borivali West is a great area, but the traffic on Lambha Ring Road is no joke. You have to be careful when crossing the street to get a coffee. We mark off the days and the deliveries on a small calendar.
