We have been at this spot in Malad East for a long time now. It is tucked away near Chitrawani in the Pinparipada area. Most people living around here know where to find us if they need to sort out their money or just ask a question about their bank accounts. Dealing with paperwork isn't always the most fun part of the day, but we try to keep things moving along. Our office isn't fancy at all, just a regular place where we get the work done every single day. It usually gets really busy during the start of the month. Sometimes the line gets a bit long, but we do what we can to help everyone. People come in for all sorts of things, maybe a new card or just checking their balance in their passbook. We see a lot of the same faces from the neighborhood, so it feels like a small part of the community here in Mumbai. We just handle the banking stuff and try to stay organized. If you are walking around Pinparipada, you will probably spot our sign near the building. We are not doing anything revolutionary here, just keeping the branch running and helping folks with their banking needs. Sometimes the printer acts up, or we have to wait on the computer system to load, but that is just how it goes. We are right here in B1 726 if you need to drop by.
