Hariom Ayurved Bhandar

We've been here at Hariom Ayurved Bhandar for quite a while now. The shop is tucked away in 11-B Balkishan Manilal Chawl in Andheri East. It’s not a big fancy place, just a regular spot where people come when they need something specific. We keep a lot of different herbs and powders on the shelves. Sometimes the stock gets a bit messy because we’re busy, but we usually know where everything is. People from around the neighborhood stop by daily. It’s a busy part of town, lots of noise and traffic outside, but inside it’s mostly just the smell of dried plants and roots. We spend most of our mornings unpacking boxes and checking what needs to be ordered. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. My hands are always dusty by the end of the day. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Most folks just know we are here. If someone asks for something we don't have, we try to see if we can get it by next week. It’s just how we do things here. The building itself is old, you know how it is in the chawls. There’s always someone passing by the door or sticking their head in to say hello. It keeps the day moving along. We just focus on keeping the shelves full and helping whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple life running a bhandar like this one. We are just local people working hard.
