We are based in the Vtm Building on Sakinaka Old Post Office Road, right across from Orkay Mills. It’s a busy office, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get their paperwork sorted. Insurance can be a bit of a headache for people, so we try to keep things as clear as we can. We spend a lot of time explaining policies and helping folks understand what they’re actually signing. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for when things go wrong. We have a small team here in the Channasandra area. The office can get a bit loud with all the phones ringing and people coming in and out. We deal with all sorts of claims and questions every day. Sometimes people are stressed when they come in, so we try to be patient and listen. We aren't those corporate types who only care about the numbers. We live in the same community and see the same things happening. The building itself is easy to find if you know where the old post office was. We’ve been here for a bit now and we know the local rhythm. We don't have a fancy lobby with marble floors. It’s just a regular office with desks and computers. We just try to get the job done and help people protect their stuff without making it too complicated. It’s just a normal day at work for us here.
