Gurukrupa Cell Point

Our shop, Gurukrupa Cell Point, is located right in Borivali East 1. If you live around here, you probably know the area gets quite busy with people heading to the station or just out running errands. We spend most of our time looking at small screens and trying to fix buttons or talk to people about what phone they might need next. It’s not a huge place, just a regular local spot where we keep the shelves stocked and the tools ready. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is usually just one of us behind the counter waiting for the next person to walk in with a cracked screen or a battery that won’t charge. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to reorganize the cases and chargers. We’ve been in Borivali East for a bit now and we like the community. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new models coming out every month, but we try to stay on top of it so we can actually help when someone asks a question. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in the city, just a reliable one for the folks nearby. If you are passing by the area near the station side, you’ll see our sign. It’s a simple setup but it serves us well for the kind of work we do every day. We just take it one customer at a time.
