Gupta & Gupta Trademark Bureau

We work out of office 126 on the Kharodi Malvani Road, inside the Mhb Colony. The name on the sign says Gupta & Gupta Trademark Bureau. It’s a quiet enough place compared to the main roads around here. Most of our day is spent looking at forms and going through legal documents related to trademarks. There are stacks of paper everywhere and a lot of filing cabinets that have been here for years. We aren't a big law firm with fancy suits; we just know the process for getting names and logos registered. It takes a lot of patience because the government offices can be quite slow with their responses. We spend a lot of time on the computer or on the phone trying to track the status of different applications. The Mhb Colony is a decent place to work, and we know the other people in the building. It’s mostly a lot of reading and making sure the small details are correct so nothing gets rejected later on. Sometimes people come in feeling frustrated because the process is taking so long, and we just have to explain how it works. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just do the paperwork and try to help people get their trademarks sorted out. It’s a slow and steady kind of job that keeps us busy every day. We’ve been at this for quite a while now and we know the drill.
