We’re up on the 1st floor of Kd Arcade. It’s one of those older buildings that has its own character, for better or worse. You have to walk up the stairs since there isn't a lift that we use much. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve made it work for the team. We spend our days dealing with international stuff, mostly on the phone or over email. It can get a bit loud when everyone is talking at once. The light in the office is okay, but we have a few extra lamps for when it gets dark early in the winter. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk right into where we are working. Sometimes we have boxes stacked up near the door because we ran out of storage space in the back room. It’s not the most polished look, but we are more focused on getting the work done than how the office looks to strangers. We’ve been here at Kd Arcade long enough to know the other shop owners on the ground floor. We usually grab snacks from the corner shop when we need a break. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere without any unnecessary frills.
