Godrej Consumer Products Ltd (Warehouse)

This warehouse for Godrej Consumer Products is right on Sion Trombay Road in Chembur East. We are in Shop No 1, inside the Asha Studio Compound. It’s a pretty well-known spot because we’re right next to the old R K Studio. There’s always a lot of activity on the main road, but once you pull into the compound, it’s mostly just us and the other units. We handle a lot of the stock that goes out to shops in this part of the city. Being in Chembur makes it easy to get to different areas, though the traffic near the studio can be a real headache in the afternoons. The warehouse itself is a standard space. We spend our days loading and unloading crates and making sure the inventory matches the paperwork. It’s a bit dusty, like any warehouse, but it gets the job done. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the drivers know the turn into the compound by heart now. It’s not a place where customers come to browse, it’s just where the goods sit before they move on. We keep a regular schedule and just try to stay on top of the orders. The location is the main thing for us, being so close to the highway. It’s just a regular workplace for the team here. We don't have any fancy office space, just the warehouse floor and some desks for the logs. There are always trucks coming in and out, which keeps things moving along through the day.
