Giriraj Earthmovers

If you look for us, we are right there at 1140, Tribhuvan Road, directly opposite the old Dreamland Cinema. Our spot is in Vijay Chambers, specifically at 23B on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is a big help because the stuff we deal with is quite heavy and moving it up stairs would be a nightmare. The office is usually a bit dusty because of the location and the nature of the parts we handle. Giriraj Earthmovers isn’t a place with fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s mostly metal parts, some grease, and a lot of logbooks. We spend a good chunk of our day talking to guys who need parts for their machines. The noise from the street is constant since the cinema is right there and people are always coming and going. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the whole entrance and we have to shout to get them to move. It's a bit of a chaotic area, but we've been here long enough that it feels normal. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things about us. It’s just me and a couple of others trying to keep things moving. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the orders that come in. Most of the time it’s just about finding the right part for someone who is in a hurry. It’s a simple way to run things, nothing more than that.
