Gilly Kitchen Equipment

Gilly Kitchen Equipment is basically just me and a couple of helpers working out of Shop No.2. We are located in Dev Dayal Chawl No.1, which isn't a fancy commercial complex or anything like that. It’s a practical space for what we do. We deal with stoves, burners, and all the heavy stuff that goes into a working kitchen. The walls are a bit stained from years of work, and the floor has its fair share of scuffs. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Most days, you’ll find us with wrenches in our hands or trying to figure out why a particular piece of gear isn't heating up right. We don't have a showroom with bright lights. If you want to see what we have, you just come into the shop and look at what’s on the shelves or what we’re currently putting together. It can get hot in here during the summer, especially with the metal reflecting the heat, but we have a couple of fans that help a bit. People from the neighborhood and some small restaurant owners are our main visitors. They know we don't charge for things they don't need. We just fix what’s broken or sell them something that will actually last. It’s a small shop, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. We like the work, even when it’s tough on the hands.
