Gennex Manpower Services

We are Gennex Manpower Services, located right here in the Borosil Co. Op. Housing Society in Mumbai. It’s a pretty busy spot in Maharashtra 400059, and we’ve been operating from this same office for a good while now. Being in a housing society means we see a lot of our neighbors every day, which keeps things feeling local and friendly. We mostly deal with helping people find work or finding staff for businesses that need a hand. It’s a small operation, nothing too fancy or corporate. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through stacks of papers on our desks. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped, but we make it work. Mumbai is a huge city and there is always something going on, so we stay fairly busy. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees, just a handful of us doing the daily tasks. We take our tea breaks together and try to get through the pile of work before the day ends. The traffic outside can be noisy, but once you step inside, it’s just us working away. We don’t have any big speeches to make. We just show up, do the job, and go home to our families. It’s a simple way of doing business in a big place like this. We know the local area well and just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through our door looking for help with hiring.
