Ganesh Plastic

Ganesh Plastic is a small shop in Malad West. We are located right at Shop No 1 in the Dhawal Giri Buildin. It’s a corner spot that gets a lot of foot traffic. We sell all sorts of plastic goods for the home. Buckets, containers, stools, you name it. The shop is pretty packed, so you have to be careful not to knock anything over when you walk in. I spend a lot of time rearranging things to make more space. It’s a simple business. We open early and stay late most days. The building is an old one, but it’s a good location for us. People from the neighborhood stop by for basic stuff they need. We don’t have a website or anything like that. We just talk to the customers who walk through the door. Sometimes it’s busy and sometimes it’s just me sitting here watching the street. The plastic items are stacked all the way to the ceiling. It’s bright and colorful inside because of all the different products. We try to keep things reasonably priced for the locals. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. Malad West is a lively area and there’s never a dull moment outside. We’ve been here for a long time and know most of the people who live nearby. It’s just a normal neighborhood shop trying to stay helpful. The door squeaks a bit when it opens, but we've never bothered to oil it. It lets me know when someone is coming in. We keep a small stool behind the counter.
