Galaxy Mobiles

I started Galaxy Mobiles a few years back in Ghatkopar East. We are right on Richmond Road 2. It isn't a massive showroom or anything like that. Just a simple shop where we help people with their phones. Most days, it's pretty busy with folks dropping by because they dropped their phone or need a new screen protector. I usually have my lunch behind the counter because there isn't much space in the back. The area gets really crowded in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Sometimes the street lights outside flicker, but we keep the shop lights bright. We have a few shelves of covers and chargers that I try to keep organized, but it usually ends up a bit messy by the end of the day. My younger brother helps out on the weekends. He’s better with the software stuff than I am. We don't have a fancy website or anything. People just know us because we’ve been here and we talk to them like neighbors. If a repair takes a long time, I tell people to go grab a tea nearby and come back. It's just how we do things. Sometimes we run out of a specific battery and have to wait for the delivery guy, who is always late because of the traffic on Richmond Road. It's a bit of a squeeze when more than three people are inside, but we make it work.
