Gajlakshmi Plastics

We run Gajlakshmi Plastics out of a space in Andheri East. You can find us at A-601 in the Ekta Society, which is on the 5th Main Road in Navpada. It’s a bit more of a residential-feeling area compared to the main market, but we’ve made it work for us. Being inside a society means we have to keep things a bit quieter than a regular factory. We deal with various plastic materials and supplies. The room is often crowded with boxes waiting to be shipped out. It isn't a retail shop where you walk in and browse shelves. Most of our work happens over the phone or through messages. We started small and stayed that way on purpose. It's easier to manage everything when it’s just a few of us. We spend a lot of time checking the inventory and making sure the counts are right. The building itself is pretty standard, nothing that stands out from the street. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just provide the plastics that people need for their manufacturing or packaging. Sometimes the elevator in the society is slow, which makes moving heavy boxes a bit of a chore. But that's just how it goes. We've been here for years and the neighbors know us well enough by now. It is a quiet place to do our business.
