Gaami

Gaami is our little shop over in Thakur Complex, Kandivali. We are located at number 7. It’s a nice area, quite different from the noisier and more crowded parts of the city. We’ve been operating here for a bit, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We aren't a massive store with dozens of employees or anything like that. It’s just a couple of us working here every day. We handle various bits of retail stuff. People from the complex often drop by when they are out for their evening walk. We try to keep the atmosphere relaxed inside. It's not a place where we pressure anyone to buy anything they don't need. Sometimes people just come in to ask for directions or talk about the weather or local news. We have some shelves with our items, and we try to keep them somewhat organized, though things get moved around by kids. The lighting inside isn't the brightest you'll see, but it works fine for us. We don't have a big marketing budget or any fancy flyers. We just rely on people seeing us when they go to the grocery store nearby. It’s a steady pace of work that we enjoy. We like being in Kandivali. It feels like a real community here. We just do our bit and go home at night. It’s a simple, straightforward business for us.
