G S M Mobile is located over in Vikhroli East, specifically in Ram Nagar. If you know the area, we are at 224/3154. It’s a small shop, but we pack a lot into it. Dealing with mobile phones means things change every week, and we try to keep up with what people are asking for. It gets pretty crowded in here some afternoons when people stop by after work. We see a lot of the same faces from around the neighborhood. Usually, someone has a screen that needs fixing or they are looking for a charger because they lost theirs again. We just do our work and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s not a big corporate store with uniforms or anything like that. It is just us sitting behind the counter. The shelves are full of boxes and accessories, and sometimes it takes a minute to find exactly what someone wants. Vikhroli is a busy place, and Ram Nagar stays active until late. We opened up here because it seemed like a good spot where people actually live and go about their day. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in town, just a reliable place where you can get your phone looked at without a lot of fuss. Most of our tools are kept right there on the workbench in the back. It’s a simple setup and it works for what we do. We don't really need anything more complicated than that for now.
