Future Group

Our setup for Future Group is a bit different because we are often moving around or working from different spots. The address is listed as being in the resume, but mostly we are just focused on the work at hand wherever we happen to be. It is a fast-paced environment and things change pretty quickly. We do not have a permanent storefront that people just walk into off the street. It is more about the logistics and the back-end stuff that keeps things running. We are a group of people who just like to get things finished. There is always a lot of coordination involved. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly on the phone or checking emails to make sure everything is where it should be. We do not really go for the whole corporate polish. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. It is a lot of hard work and not much glamour. We have had to learn how to be flexible. Some days are longer than others, especially when there is a big project finishing up. We do not spend much time worrying about slogans or anything like that. We just want to make sure the tasks are done right and on time. It is a practical way of working that seems to suit us just fine. We are just a small part of a much bigger machine and we keep our heads down and work.
