Fraslin Tech Care

We've been at 11th Cross 3 in Borivali East for a while now. It's just a small spot where we deal with gadgets and stuff that breaks. People usually bring in their phones or laptops when things stop working. It isn't a fancy place. Most days it's just us sitting at the workbench with tools scattered everywhere. Sometimes parts take a few days to arrive, and we just tell people how it is. We don't have a big waiting room or anything like that. You just drop your gear off and we get to it when the current job is done. The street outside can get pretty busy, so parking is sometimes a bit of a headache. We try to keep things moving though. It's mostly about fixing what's broken so people can get back to their day. We don't do much advertising; folks just find us through word of mouth or by walking past the shop. The floor is a bit scuffed and the lighting could be better, but the tools work fine. If something can't be fixed, we'll just say so instead of dragging it out. It's a simple setup. We know the neighbors and the local delivery guys. That's pretty much how we run things here at Fraslin Tech Care. Nothing more to it, really. Just a place to get your tech looked at without a lot of fuss. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work.
