Flowchem Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. 2001 in the Phase-IV area of GIDC Estate, Vatva. If you know this part of town, you know it is nothing but factories and heavy trucks. We have been here for a long time now. Our shop floor is usually loud and filled with the smell of metal and oil. We do not have a fancy showroom or a polished office. Most of the time, the boss is out there with the guys checking on the machines. We focus on engineering parts and flow systems. It is greasy work and the days are long. We start early when the air is still a bit cool. By noon, the whole estate is humming. Our office is just a small room with a few old desks and a lot of blue prints scattered around. We do not spend money on big advertisements because the people who need our work usually find us through word of mouth. Sometimes we get a bit behind on the filing because we are too busy with the actual production. We just try to make things that work. If a part isn't right, we fix it. That is how we have always done things. It is not a corporate life, but it is what we know. We have a small team of workers who have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic in Vatva. It is just a regular local business trying to do honest engineering.
