We have been here at Plot 2001 in Vatva for quite some years now. It is right in the middle of Phase IV, which stays pretty busy most of the time with all the trucks coming in and out. The heat in the Gidc Estate can get quite bad during the summer months, but we just keep the fans running and get on with our work. Flowchem Engineering started out small and we still feel like a small team even though the space is decent sized. Usually, you will find someone near the front gate talking to a driver or checking a delivery. It is not the most modern looking place but it serves us well. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint if we ever got around to it. Most of our days are spent dealing with the technical side of things and making sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon when things quiet down a bit. There is always a lot of noise from the surrounding factories, yet we have gotten used to that over the years. Fancy meetings aren't really our thing. If a person needs something, they just walk into the office and ask. Our focus is mainly on the engineering tasks and staying on schedule. It is just a regular day-to-day operation in a busy industrial hub.
