First Impression

If you walk down towards the Jain Mandir in Ghatkopar East, you’ll find us at Shop No. 2 in the Neelyog Monarch building. This area of Pantnagar is always moving, and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. We call our shop First Impression, and mostly we just help people get their printing and small tasks done. It’s a small shop, so things can get a little tight when there are three or four customers inside at the same time. We have our counters and the machines lined up against the wall. The Jain Mandir is a good landmark because everyone knows it. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It makes the work feel more like we're helping neighbors than just doing business. We aren't trying to be the biggest shop in Mumbai or anything. We just want to make sure when someone brings in a file or a document, we handle it right. Sometimes the internet is slow or a machine acts up, but we figure it out eventually. Most days are just steady work from morning until we close up for the night. We like being in this part of Ghatkopar because people are friendly and it feels like a real community. If you’re ever near the temple, you can just stop in. We've been here long enough that most locals know our name and what we do without us having to put up big signs or anything fancy. It's just a simple neighborhood shop.
