Finishvel Fabtech Limited

We have been operating out of Sakinaka Space House for a good number of years now. Our spot is in the Finishvel Building, which sits right across from the Ansa Industrial Estate. It is a busy area, always filled with the sounds of trucks and people moving things around. We do fabrication and tech work, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. The workshop floor is often covered in metal shavings and we have a few big machines that take up most of the room. It’s not a quiet place, but it is where the work gets done. We started with just a couple of guys and a single welding machine. Over time, we added more equipment and a few more hands to help out. Our office part is just a small corner with some old desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to greet you at the door. Usually, you’ll just find one of us in overalls. The building itself is sturdy, though the paint is peeling in some spots. We don't mind. We focus on the orders we have. Sometimes the traffic in Sakinaka makes it hard for deliveries to get out on time, but we do what we can. We usually eat our lunch together at the back. It is just a simple, local business trying to do honest work. We have seen many shops come and go around here, but we are still at it.
