You can find us at 68-A in the Juhu Supreme Shopping Center, right on Gulmohar Cross Road 9. It’s a well-known spot in Juhu. Feather Touch Ceramics Pvt Ltd is tucked away in this shopping complex. It’s a bit different from a big industrial park. We have samples of tiles and ceramic pieces all over the place. The office is small but we try to keep it organized so people can see what we have. Juhu is usually busy with people shopping or heading to the beach, so there’s always some life outside our doors. We spend our time talking to contractors or people looking to fix up their homes. It’s not a high-pressure environment. We just show what we have and explain the differences between the pieces. Sometimes we have to deal with broken shipments, which is the worst part of the job, but we handle it. The lighting in the shop is something we worked on so the colors look right. We aren't part of some giant chain; we just run this one location. Most of our days are spent checking orders and making sure the delivery truck knows where to go. It’s a nice area to work in, even if parking is a bit of a headache for everyone. We’ve been here long enough that the other shop owners are like family.
