Fantasy Mobile Sales & Service

Our shop, Fantasy Mobile Sales & Service, is located in Jogeshwari 4. It’s a small place, mostly taken up by glass counters and a workbench in the back where we do the repairs. We spend our days looking at tiny screens and even tinier screws. People come in mostly because they’ve dropped their phones or the battery isn't holding a charge anymore. Jogeshwari is a crowded area, so there’s always people walking past the door and poking their heads in to ask questions about prices. We sell a few phones too, but the service side of things keeps us the busiest. It’s a lot of sitting down and concentrating on delicate parts. Sometimes our eyes get tired from all the close-up work under the desk lamps. The shop can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at the same time. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team to help us out. We just open the shutters in the morning and see who comes by with a problem. It’s a simple business. We’ve seen all kinds of broken phones over the years. Some are easy to fix in a few minutes, and others take all afternoon. We just do our best with what’s in front of us on the table. It’s a local spot where people know they can find us if their tech acts up on them.
