Faculty

Our group, known simply as Faculty, is a small gathering of people focused on education and teaching. We don't have a big fancy campus or a reception desk. Much of how we stay connected is through our email accounts like Independentsoul2004 and Vidhu20, which have been around for quite a while now. We represent a more independent way of doing things, away from the big institutions. Most of our day is spent planning lessons, grading work, or responding to questions from students who find us through word of mouth. It’s a bit of a scattered way to work sometimes, but it gives us the freedom to focus on what actually matters, which is the learning part. We are just regular people who happen to have a lot of experience in our fields. There aren't any glossy brochures here. Instead, you’ll find notebooks full of scribbled ideas and a lot of open tabs on our laptop screens. We’ve been doing this for years, and even though the technology changes, the way people learn hasn't changed that much. We just try to be helpful and share what we know in a way that makes sense to those who come to us. It’s not a corporate school environment; it’s just us doing what we do best from wherever we happen to be sitting with our laptops that day, answering emails and fixing lesson plans.
