We are located in Dahisar East on Tribhuvan Lane, specifically at Grant Road 5/B/21. It’s a small shop that’s usually quite crowded with people dropping off their phones. The counter is made of glass and it’s full of various cables and cases that we’ve collected over time. Behind the counter is where the real work happens, with magnifying lamps and soldering irons. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny parts that most people would need a microscope to see. It’s a bit hard on the eyes, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. The neighborhood is always noisy, with people moving back and forth on Tribhuvan Lane. We don't have a big staff, just a couple of us who know how to handle the repairs. We don't have a fancy waiting area, so people often just stand around or go get a tea while they wait. It’s an honest way to make a living. We’ve seen every kind of broken screen and water-damaged phone you can imagine. Some days are better than others, especially when we can actually fix something that seemed hopeless. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and hand them back. That’s the whole story of our little shop here. It’s simple, practical, and it keeps us on our toes all day.
