If you’re walking down D S Lane in Muktanand Nagar, you’ll see us at number 243. We’ve got a small storefront that’s usually pretty busy. People are always coming in with phones that have cracked screens or batteries that won't hold a charge anymore. It’s a lot of fiddly work, sitting under a bright lamp with tiny screwdrivers and tweezers. Sometimes it’s frustrating when the parts don't want to fit, but we usually get it sorted in the end. We have a lot of chargers and cables hanging on the walls because people always seem to lose theirs. The shop isn't very wide, so if there are more than three customers inside, it starts to feel a bit cramped. We don’t mind, though. It’s good to have the company. We listen to the news on a small speaker behind the counter while we work. Ezzat Mobiles has been here for a few years now, and we’ve seen all the different phone models come and go. Some of them were great, and some were just junk. We tell people the truth about their devices, even if it means they don't spend money with us that day. It’s better to be straight with folks. At the end of the day, we sweep the floor, lock the glass cases, and head home like everyone else in the neighborhood. It’s just a normal local shop.
