Expro Manpower Services

We are located at 143 in Andheri West, over by the Oshiwara Mhada Bungalows. It’s a quiet enough area, especially compared to the main roads. We are right near the Jankidevi Public School, so we hear the school bell and the kids shouting during their breaks. Expro Manpower Services is basically a few rooms where we interview people and keep our files. It’s not a flashy setup. We have some old plastic chairs in the waiting area that have seen a lot of use. Our days are mostly spent talking to people looking for work and companies that need help. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Sometimes the office feels a bit empty, and other days there’s a line of people out the door. We don't have a big HR philosophy or anything fancy like that. We just try to match people with jobs that fit. We’ve been in this part of Andheri for a good while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best lunch. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to get around to it. We just focus on the daily grind of managing the staff and keeping everything moving. It’s straightforward work. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be. Just a local business doing its thing every day near the bungalows.
