Excel Plast

Excel Plast is out in Bhayander East, located in Sudama Industrial Estate 1. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by workshops and small factories. It’s a gritty area, not like a shopping mall. We work with plastics here, mostly manufacturing parts or items for other businesses. The shop floor is always active. There’s the sound of machines and the smell of raw materials everywhere. We’ve been at this location for a good amount of time. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but you have to pay attention to the details. We don't have any fancy brochures or a high-tech website. Most of our business comes from people who know what we do and where to find us. The estate can get quite muddy when it rains, making it tough for transport, but we manage. It’s a small operation, so we all know how to run the equipment and handle the packing. We don't spend money on decor; we spend it on maintaining the machines. Our days start early and usually end whenever the last task is finished. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment. We just focus on producing what's needed and keeping the business running. It’s not a complicated life, just a busy one with plenty of work to keep us occupied. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we just have to sit and wait. That's life in the industrial zone.
