Eureka Forbes Service Center

This is the Eureka Forbes Service Center located in Borivali East, specifically in units 221 and 222. It is a busy place most of the time, especially on Monday mornings. We handle a lot of the repairs and maintenance for the machines that people bring in. Because it’s a service center, the atmosphere is usually a bit chaotic. There are technicians coming in and out, and the benches are always full of equipment that needs to be looked at. Being in Borivali East, we get a lot of local traffic from people living nearby. The space we have in 221 and 222 is functional, but it’s definitely not a showroom. We have rows of metal shelves filled with spare parts and tools that have been used for years. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with work to worry about that right now. Our days are mostly spent answering calls and trying to figure out why a particular unit isn't working right. It’s repetitive work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills. We take our lunch breaks together when we can, usually just something brought from home in a tiffin. The lighting inside is a bit bright, the kind of fluorescent lights that hum a little, but you stop noticing it after a while. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't at this center. We just fix things and try to get them back quickly.
