We are located right at the Char Rasta on P Godrej Marg in Khat Colony. It’s a busy spot where people are always moving around. Empower Recruitment Solutions is basically just us helping people find some decent work and helping companies find staff. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at resumes that people drop off. It’s not always easy because the job market is always up and down, but we keep at it. The office is right there in the middle of the colony, so we get a lot of walk-ins from people living nearby. We aren’t a huge corporation with branches everywhere. We just know this area well and try to match the right person with the right spot. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk about the news, but other days the phone won't stop ringing. Being near the four roads means there’s always noise from the traffic and people shouting outside. We’ve been in Khat Colony for a bit now, and most of the shopkeepers around here know us. We don’t use those big words or try to act like we’re more than what we are. We just open up in the morning, do our bit, and go home like everyone else. If you need a job or need someone to work for you, we’re the ones sitting in the office by the crossing. Our door is usually open for whoever stops by.
