Emkay Financial Services is located at 1 Goregaon East on I B Patel Road. We are quite easy to find if you are near the Masur Asharam, which is the main landmark around here. Our office isn't anything like those big corporate banks you see in the city. It’s a modest space on the ground floor where we handle a lot of paperwork every day. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets that are bursting at the seams, and a lot of calculators. Most of our day is spent looking at numbers and filling out forms for people who come in. The area around I B Patel Road is pretty industrial and busy, so there is always the sound of trucks and cars in the background. We have a few regular clients who stop by just to have a quick word or check on their files. Sometimes we offer them a seat and some water while we look through the ledgers. It gets quite warm in here during the summer months, but we have a sturdy ceiling fan that keeps things moving. We don't use any big words or complicated talk; we just explain things simply so people understand what’s happening with their money. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work and we just focus on getting the entries right and keeping the records in order for everyone.
