Our shop is on the first floor of the Hajirabai Building in Malad West. We’re right opposite the Ram Mandir, which is a big landmark in the Somwar Bazar area. If you’ve ever walked through Malad, you know how busy it gets around here. Being HVAC engineers in Mumbai means we are usually out on the road more than we are in the office. We spend our time fixing cooling systems and making sure things are running right in this humidity. The office is where we keep our tools, spare parts, and all the scheduling books. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building has that old Mumbai character to it. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s right in the heart of the action. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite some time now. Most of our clients are businesses around the suburb who need their air conditioning looked after. We don't have a big marketing team; it’s mostly just word of mouth from one person to another. When the monsoon hits, things get even more chaotic with repairs, but we just take it as it comes. It’s a small, dedicated crew here and we’ve seen pretty much every kind of cooling problem you can imagine. We just get on with it.
