Ekvira Mobile Store

Ekvira Mobile Store is a small shop in Bhandup West. We are located in Santosh Nagar 1. It’s a very busy residential area, so we see a lot of foot traffic every day. The shop is mostly filled with glass counters that hold different phone cases and accessories. We spend a lot of time squinting at small screens trying to fix broken glass or buttons that don't click anymore. It’s a lot of fiddly work with tiny screwdrivers. People come in all day asking about data plans or why their battery isn't holding a charge. We also sell used phones and take in old ones for parts. The shop gets quite cramped when there are more than three customers inside. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when things get quiet, but that doesn't happen much in Santosh Nagar. We keep a radio playing in the background to pass the time. Sometimes we run out of a specific charger or screen protector, and we have to tell people to come back the next day. It’s a simple business. We aren't trying to be the biggest store in Bhandup; we just want to help the people nearby get their phones working again. The sign outside has seen better days, but everyone in the neighborhood knows where we are. It’s just a local mobile shop doing regular repairs.
