You can find Dms Placement over in Andheri West, right in the Shourie Complex on Nikol Road. We’ve been at number 12 for a while now. This area is usually packed with people looking for work or businesses looking for help, so there is always something happening outside our door. Inside, it’s mostly just us looking through papers and talking to folks who come in hoping for a new start. We aren't a big HR firm with fancy suits. We’re just a small team trying to connect people with the right jobs. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and the office feels a bit cramped, but that’s just how it is when you’re in the middle of Andheri. We keep records of who is looking for what, and we try to match them up as best as we can. It’s not always easy, and some days are slower than others. We drink a lot of chai while going through resumes. Nikol Road has plenty of shops and other offices, so we’re in good company. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just know that people need work and businesses need staff, so we sit in our office at Shourie Complex and do our best to make it happen. It’s honest work and it keeps us connected to the local community here. We’ve seen many people find their way through our small door over the years.
