Disha Industries

Disha Industries is located over at B-117 on Military Road. It’s been our spot for a long time now. If you walk down the road past the old petrol pump, you’ll find us easily enough. The building is a bit older and the paint is peeling in some places, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the machines. We started out with just a couple of guys and a single workbench, doing small jobs for people in the neighborhood. Now we have a bit more going on, but the vibe is still the same. Every morning starts with a cup of tea from the stall at the corner. We talk about the weather or whatever is happening in the news before the heavy work begins. The machines have their own moods, honestly. Some days they run smooth, and other days you have to give them a little tap to get them moving. The air always smells a bit like oil and metal shavings. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning or anything. We just leave the big doors open to catch whatever breeze comes off the street. In the afternoons, it gets pretty loud with all the hammering and cutting. We don’t really have a big sales team or anyone like that. People just know we are here at B-117. We keep our tools clean and our heads down. It’s a simple way to make a living.
