Our place is in the Palm Court Complex, specifically the M Wing on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the B Building. It’s right above the DMart on Malad Link Road, so it’s easy to find if you know the area. Malad is always crowded, and the Link Road is no exception. Commuting can be a bit of a struggle with the traffic, but once you’re inside the building, it’s a bit quieter. We deal with furnishings, so there are always rolls of fabric and samples laying around the office. It’s a busy environment with people constantly moving from one floor to the other. Most administrative stuff happens on the 3rd floor. We have a lot of people working here, but it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. During tea breaks, there is always plenty of chatter. Being above a supermarket means we can always grab whatever we need on the way home. The building itself is quite large, and sometimes the hallways feel like a maze if you aren't used to them. We’ve been in this Malad spot for several years. Talking about long-term goals or vision isn't really our style. We just focus on getting the fabric orders processed and sent out. Handling logistics and making sure the colors are right for the customers takes up most of our day. It's a real job with real people. It gets a bit hectic, but we manage it all together. Dicitex Furnishings Ltd. is what we call ourselves, but we're mostly just folks who like fabric.
