We are located in Ghatkopar West, specifically at number 2 near the Head Office area. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Dr. Manoj’s clinic, which most people in the neighborhood know. The shop is filled with the smell of wood and polish, which I have grown to love over the years. We make all sorts of things here, mostly focusing on what the local families need for their homes. It is a bit of a dusty job, and my clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights and air conditioning. It is just a workshop where we put things together by hand. Some days are slow and we just sit outside on the stools watching the traffic go by on the main road. Other days, we are working late into the night to finish a wardrobe or a bed for someone moving into a new flat. My father taught me a lot of what I know about wood, and I just kept the tradition going in this small shop. We don't bother with much marketing because the neighbors know what we do and they come to us when they need something sturdy. It is honest work and it feels good to see a finished piece leave the shop. We don't use any fancy machinery, just the basic tools that have served us well for a long time. The street outside is always full of life, which makes the day go by faster.
