Designz 'N' Art

If you look for Office No.002 in the 'A' wing of Om Sai Smruti, that's where we spend most of our time. It is a ground floor spot, which is nice because nobody has to deal with the stairs. We are quite close to Kandarpada Talao in Dahisar West, and sometimes the breeze from the lake actually makes it to our door. Inside, it's mostly just a few desks and a lot of sketches and paper samples scattered around the place. We do a lot of design work, so we are usually staring at screens or arguing over which shade of blue looks better. The office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do every day. Dahisar gets really crowded, especially when the schools let out, but our little corner stays relatively quiet. We have some old chairs that have seen better days, and the printer makes a weird clicking noise sometimes, but it still works fine. Most afternoons are spent drinking tea and trying to finish off whatever projects are due. We don't really have a fancy reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, and we talk to them right there at the main table. It feels more like a workshop than a business office. We like being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same faces walk past the lake every morning.
