We have our office on the second floor of Mapla House, which is in the Fort area at 13/21. It’s specifically on Bazar Gate Street, just off from Jyotiba Nagar. Being in Fort means we’re surrounded by history and a lot of beautiful old buildings. Our office is one of those places with high ceilings and old wooden desks that have been around for decades. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves a lot of reading, writing, and talking to people about their specific problems. We aren't some high-priced firm in a glass skyscraper with a view of the ocean. We're just here in a traditional building doing our work day by day. The street outside is always full of life, with food vendors and people rushing to their jobs. Sometimes it’s really hard to find any parking around here, so we usually just take the train and walk. We've been at this address for many years now. We don't have a fancy reception area with a sofa. You just walk in and we're there at our desks. We deal with a lot of documents and various government forms. It can be quite tedious work sometimes, but we’re patient with the process. We don't use a lot of big words or jargon when we explain things to our clients. We just tell it like it is and try to find a solution. Most of our clients come to us through word of mouth or seeing our sign.
