Deeb Agro Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based in B-105 of the Ramesh Apartment on Narsing Lane in Malad West. It’s a fairly quiet office most of the time, tucked away in an apartment building. We deal with a lot of agrochemical products, so there’s always a lot of paperwork regarding licenses and safety data. We don't keep the actual chemicals here, of course, just the records and the sales side of things. It’s a lot of coordinating between the producers and the people out in the fields who actually use the stuff. Malad is always a bit of a mess with the traffic, especially on Narsing Lane, but once you’re inside the building, it’s not too bad. We have a few old desks and some shelves that are bursting with files from years ago. We really should digitize everything, but somehow we never seem to get around to it. Most of our days are spent talking to distributors or checking on market prices. It’s a steady kind of work, nothing too exciting but it keeps us busy. We take our tea breaks seriously, and there’s a small balcony where we can get a bit of fresh air. We aren't a giant corporation, just a small group of people who have been in this industry for a long time. We know the products well and we just try to be helpful when people call with questions or problems.
