Debon Herbal Products

We are located at C-3 in the Sheetal Industrial Estate, which is right off Mira Bhayander Road in Thane. Being in an industrial area means there is always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around outside. Debon Herbal Products is where we make and pack various things. The air inside usually smells like dried leaves or sometimes a bit like soap, depending on what we are working on that day. The floors are concrete and can get a bit cold in the winter months. We have a small partitioned area that serves as an office, but most of the space is taken up by our production equipment and rows of bottles. It’s a lot of manual labor, from mixing the ingredients to sticking labels on by hand. We aren’t a big corporation with hundreds of workers; we’re just a small group of people who have been doing this for a long time. Sometimes the roof leaks a little when it rains really hard, so we have to move the boxes around. We spend our days making sure the quality is okay and that the orders are ready for the courier. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but we like the routine. We don’t have a fancy sign or a reception area. If you come by, you’ll likely find us in our aprons working on the next batch of products. It’s simple, honest work.
