Biotech India is located at No. 15 in the Kanal Industrial Estate, which is on Daulat Nagar Road No. 6 in Borivali East. Being in an industrial estate means it's not the quietest environment, but that is just how it is for businesses like ours. There is always some kind of noise, whether it is a truck unloading next door or someone working in one of the other units. Our space is basic and functional. We have the equipment we need and enough room to move around, though it gets a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, and finding a good parking spot is always a bit of a gamble in the mornings. We have been in Borivali East for a while and we like the neighborhood. Most of the people working in the other units are friendly and we all sort of know each other. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we are right there working. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We spend a lot of time on our feet and making sure things are being handled correctly. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of desks and a phone that rings more than it should. It’s a real working environment, not a showroom.
