Core Globus Recruitment is located at number 10 in Haresh Niwas, which is in Andheri East. Being in Andheri means we are right in the middle of all the business action in Mumbai. The office is a straightforward space where we spend our days looking through files and talking on the phone. Haresh Niwas is a decent building and we have been here for a good amount of time. The office is not very fancy; it is just a place with some desks and chairs where we can do our work. We spend a lot of time talking to people who are looking for jobs and trying to see where they might fit. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is the nature of recruitment. The trains are quite close so we always hear them passing by, which is just part of the background noise of Andheri East. We are a small team and we do not have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just come in, do the work, and go home. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when people come in for interviews, but we manage to make it work. It is a practical business and we like being in this part of the city because it is so easy for everyone to reach.
