Concorde Designs Pvt Ltd

We are located on Dr.S.S Rao Road in Parel. The name on the door is Concorde Designs Pvt Ltd. It is just a regular office space in a busy part of the city. We spend most of our time here working on various design layouts and trying to get things to fit. It’s not a very big place, so things can get a bit cluttered with samples and material boards pretty quickly. Parel is always noisy and crowded, which you can definitely hear from our windows. We have a few desks and some shelves that are sagging under the weight of old project files. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet people when they walk in. Usually, one of us has to stop what we are doing to answer the door. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We just want a functional spot where we can focus on the technical details. There is always a lot of tea being made and a lot of discussion about how to fix a particular problem on a site. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any marketing brochures or sales pitches. We just take the work as it comes and try to do a decent job with every project that lands on our desks. It is a simple way of doing business and it has always worked out for us.
