If you know the Charkop area, you might have passed by Plot No. 826 in Sector 8. That is where we are, at C-27. It’s a busy corner of Kandivali West. We handle a lot of different things here, from fixing broken laptop hinges to setting up CCTV cameras for local buildings. The shop is usually a bit of a mess with tools and cables everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s not a polished showroom with glass displays. It is a working shop. We spend most of our time looking at small parts or checking camera feeds on the monitors. People come in with all sorts of issues. Sometimes their computer won't turn on, or they need more security at their front gate. We also do site visits around Kandivali West because you can't really fix a security system from behind a desk. We’ve been around this sector for some time. We aren't big on marketing; we just rely on people telling their neighbors about us. You might see one of us riding around on a scooter with a ladder strapped to the side. That’s just part of the daily routine. We like the work, even when it’s dusty or the software takes forever to install. We just sit back, have a cup of tea, and wait for the progress bar to finish. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
