Complete Mobile Shop

Complete Mobile Shop is right on L.B.S Road, which most people know as Lal Bahadur Shastri Road. If you’ve ever driven down it, you know how the traffic can be. We are right there in the thick of it. It’s a handy location for people who are commuting and realize their phone charger died or they need a new screen guard because they cracked theirs on the train. We have all sorts of accessories crammed into the display cases. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we find what people need eventually. We do a lot of small repairs right there while the customer waits, if it’s something simple. L.B.S Road is always dusty and loud, so we are constantly wiping down the glass counters. It feels like a losing battle sometimes. We get all kinds of people coming through the door. Some are in a huge rush and others want to sit and talk about which phone is better for their kids. We don't have a script we follow. We just talk to people like they are our friends. It’s a basic business. We sell stuff, we fix stuff, and we go home at night. It’s worked for us so far, and we don't see any reason to change how we do things. Just a normal shop on a very busy road trying to help out where we can.
