You can find us at number 14 on K R Road, right near Amar Mahal. It’s a fairly easy spot to find if you know the landmark. We’ve been here at Commtex Solutions for a few years, and the office has slowly filled up with equipment and old folders. It’s a bit cramped now, but we like it that way. It feels like a place where things are getting done. We mostly deal with communication setups and tech solutions for other businesses. It’s not glamorous, but it’s necessary. The morning routine is pretty much the same every day: unlock the door, turn on the lights, and start going through the emails. We don't have a lot of meetings; we just talk across the desks to each other. If someone has a problem with a project, we all pitch in to figure it out. It's a small team, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing. The road outside can get backed up during rush hour, so some of us stay late to avoid the traffic. We’ve got a small fridge that usually has someone's leftover lunch in it. We don't really bother with corporate stuff or big presentations. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish it by the end of the day. It’s just how we run things here in Amar Mahal.
